HIRING OF PA SYSTEM AND PHOTOGRAPHER FOR RETIREMENT FUNCTION
Zimbabwe Power Company wants a PA system and a photographer for a retirement function at ZPC Munyati on 9 October 2026, plus 40 small printed photos. Bids close 24 September 2026 at 10:00 CAT.
PA system hire and a photographer for a retirement function at ZPC Munyati, to be held on 9 October 2026, with 40 small hard copy photos printed afterwards. The event date, the venue and the print deliverable are all given, which is more than most event notices on this board carry. What is not: the guest numbers and whether the function is indoors or outdoors, which together decide the PA specification; the hours of coverage expected from the photographer; and whether digital files are handed over alongside the 40 prints. The work is at Munyati, so a Harare or Gweru supplier is pricing travel. The period is 7 days, quotes valid 30 days.
