Tender plans

The whole board and the search, forever — every tender, every buyer, every reference, refreshed twice a day. What a plan buys is attention: an alert the minute a tender matches what you sell, reminders before it closes, and a pipeline to track the bid. On a two-week bid window, hearing on day one rather than day six is real money.

Yes — EcoCash, OneMoney, InnBucks, or a local Visa card through Paynow. We push a prompt to your handset and you approve it with your PIN. International cards, Apple Pay and Google Pay go through Stripe instead.

No. Paynow settles one-off payments, so a payment buys a fixed month or year and then stops. We remind you before it lapses, and paying again while a period is still running extends it rather than restarting it — you never lose days by renewing early.

GIST checks PRAZ eGP continuously. Once a tender is picked up and explained, matching alerts go out within minutes — usually the same morning it is published.

A saved filter: supplier categories, keywords, buyers, procurement type, and location, with its own delivery channels. Tender Basic allows three; Tender Pro and above are unlimited, and each one alerts independently.

No, and we would not trust anyone who did. GIST covers PRAZ eGP and the Government Gazette, which between them are the overwhelming majority of public procurement — but a buyer who advertises only in a newspaper will not appear. If you find one we missed, tell us: that is the single most useful thing you can send us.

It is reliable enough to decide whether to open the document, which is what it is for. Every gist links to the official notice, low-confidence ones are held back rather than published, and you should always read the full tender document before bidding.

Tender Pro includes three seats and Intelligence ten. Extra seats are set up by us rather than by you at the moment — send the addresses and they are added the same day — and shared bid workspaces, where colleagues see and edit the same bids, are being built. For an invoice, a bank transfer, or an enterprise arrangement, email us — at this size that is a conversation, not a form.
