The City of Kadoma wants borehole equipping materials — three submersible pumps (two solar, one AC), 370 metres of 4-core flex, nine 8-metre LT poles and the switchgear and conduit to connect them. Bids close 30 September 2026 at 11:00 CAT.
A complete borehole equipping order in twenty lines. The pumps are a 2HP solar submersible, a 1HP solar submersible supplied complete with control box and panels, and a 2HP AC submersible with anti-dry-run protection and a control box. The cabling is 370 metres of 4-core flex at 2.5mm, 50 metres of 3-core twin flex at 2.5mm, 13 metres each of 6mm DC cable in black and red, 10 metres of 10mm earth wire, 5 cable joining kits and 8 lugs at 16mm. The switchgear and containment is a DC 2-pole 20A breaker, a single pole MCB, a float switch, 3 lengths of 19mm PVC conduit, 10 couplings at 19mm, 10 saddles at 20mm, insulation tape, cable ties and verandah bolts. Nine LT line wooden poles at 8 metres complete it. Delivery is to Central Stores within 3 days, with 60-day bid validity.
