The Grain Marketing Board is buying fabrication materials for 500kg (half-tonne) trailers. The steel is 10 lengths of 100 x 50 x 5mm x 6m channel iron, 50 lengths of 40 x 40 x 5mm x 6m angle iron, and 20 sheets of 40 x 40 expanded mesh. The balance is 5 trailer balancing stands, 5 wiring harnesses, 10 5-litre tins of steel primer paint and 20 metres of safety chain.
