SUPPLY AND DELIVERY OF COMPUTERS, LAPTOPS AND PRINTERS TO MINISTRY OF TRANSPORT AND INFRASTRUCTURAL DEVELOPMENT
Ministry of Transport wants 46 laptops, 6 printers and an ultra short throw projector — 22 HP OmniBook 2-in-1 touch, 22 Core i5/i7 machines and an OmniBook Ultra 14. US$500 bid security. Bids close 15 October 2026 at 11:00 CAT.
Computer equipment for the Ministry of Transport and Infrastructural Development. The laptops, 46 across six lines: 22 HP OmniBook 2-in-1 touch, one OmniBook Ultra 14 (2026), 10 latest-generation Intel Core i7 at 3.0 GHz base frequency, 9 latest-generation full-set Core i7, 3 Core i7-6500U at 2.3 GHz and one Core i5. The printers: 4 standard printers and 2 colour 3-in-1 printers. Plus one ultra short throw projector. The specifications are inconsistent across the laptop lines — two name an HP model, three describe a processor only, and the Core i7-6500U line names a chip from 2015 alongside lines asking for the latest generation. Sourcing three 6500U machines new is not realistic, so that line needs clarifying before you bid. A bid security of 500 applies, bid validity is 90 days and the delivery period is 6 months.
