Specifications Super structure wall with brown clay face bricks for exterior finish with brick dresser Interior rhino plastering and painting off white Roof structure treated timber trusses, SAZ approved, covering with 0.5mm G.I IBR or corrugated chromadeck sheets, marron colour or blue. Ceiling- 0.4mm or better asbestos tap boards with brandering at 600mm centres finishing with white color Standard windows with burglar bars with 4mm clear glass High traffic porcelain tiles, 60*60. Steel doors fitted with 3-lever mortice locks and heavy-duty brass/steel hinges. Asbestos facia board finished with white paint Electrical reticulation, power sockets and lights Installation of ramps and aprons for all buildings All plumbing and electrical materials to be SAZ approved2 Each
