The roofing: 30 IBR sheets at 4.0 x 3.6, 30 at 3.6m and 30 at 4.2 — three different lengths, 90 sheets in total. The joinery and reinforcement: 40 six-pane window frames, 14 door frames at 115, 24 twelve-millimetre deformed bars, 11 rolls of 230mm brickforce and 2 rolls of 250 micron damp proof membrane. VAT at 15.5% and transport are combined into a single priced line, so your quote is expected to itemise them. Two gaps: the cement line gives no unit — 400 bags, pockets or tonnes are all readings — and the deformed bar line gives no length. Delivery is within 7 days, quotes valid 30 days.
