The steel: 9 lengths of 12mm deformed bar, 8 lengths of 25 x 25mm square tube and 4 lengths of 40 x 40mm angle iron. The welding and cutting: 20kg of 3.15mm Vitemax welding rods, 10 nine-inch cutting discs and 2 nine-inch grinding discs. The finishing and fixings: 5 litres of red oxide, 5 litres of thinners, 2 forty-millimetre paint brushes, one 12mm masonry drill bit and 30 ten-millimetre rawl bolts. None of the three steel lines gives a length per unit, which is the main gap — bar, tube and angle are all priced by the metre. The catalogue files everything as tools regardless of what it is.
