A steel and piping order for HESCO Hwange Power Station. The structural steel is 50 stirrups at 6mm x 6m, 35 reinforcement rods at 12mm x 6m and 22kg of steel wire at 2 to 2.5mm. The pipework is 12 lengths of galvanised steel at DN150mm x 6m, 18 lengths at DN110mm x 6m, one hot dip galvanised Q235B 90-degree elbow at DN150 PN2.5MPa butt weld, and two further lines of 6 units each specified as Q235B or equivalent, DN150, PN2.5MPa, butt weld. Fixings and finishes are 36 sets of M12 x 150mm anchor bolts with nut and washer, 24 sets of M16 x 200mm, 2 units of 20-litre green anti-corrosion paint and primer, 2 units in black, and 50 cans of 750ml expandable polyurethane foam spray.
