Printed graduation invitation cards for Zimbabwe Open University — nearly ten thousand cards across six tiers, all printed back to back. The premium tiers on peacock silver 250gsm+ paper: 10 VVIP cards at A4, 350 VIP A5 for the platform party and 400 ordinary VIP A5. The volume tiers on 200-300gsm cardstock: 5 600 guest cards at A6, 2 800 graduand cards at A6, 500 staff cards at A6 and 132 service provider cards at A6. The specification is properly done — every line gives the size, the stock weight and the fact that printing is back to back. That makes this one of the most quotable print notices on the board. The artwork is the only thing missing, and with six different card designs that is not trivial. Delivery is within 30 days, quotes valid 30 days, run as a competitive bidding method.
