The Zimbabwe Gender Commission is buying protective clothing through competitive bidding: 30 branded ZGC work suits, 30 pairs of safety shoes, 30 blue branded dust coats, 20 white branded dust coats and 10 pairs of Bata gumboots. Four of the five lines say "as per sample", and the sample is not published — so fabric, colour and branding all come from it. Bata is named on the gumboots. Delivery is to head office, the delivery period is recorded as one year and bids must stay valid for 30 days.
