GRDC/NONQ4/26

Goromonzi Rural District Council wants a major service on its Sunny grader at Juru Bhora within 7 days but no service scope is published. Bids close 7 September 2026 at 12:00 CAT.

A major service on a Sunny grader for Goromonzi Rural District Council, at Juru Bhora. The work runs over 7 days, funded under ERRP funding rather than the council's own budget, with quotations valid for 30 days. The line item repeats the title. The full tender document was not available to us, and no scope is published — no filters, oils, hours reading or inspection items. Download the RFQ from the source before quoting; on a grader a major service can vary widely.

Low effort to bid.

Written from the published notice — the full tender document was not available to us. Download it from the source before bidding: eligibility rules, fees and specifications may only appear there.

• No service scope is published — no filters, oils or inspection items — so what is being quoted for is undefined.
• No machine hours or model detail is given beyond "Sunny grader".
• The description says "grader service and repair" while the title says major service, so whether repairs are also in scope is unclear.
• The notice does not say whether consumables are supplied by the bidder or the council.
• Funding is ERRP rather than the council's own budget, which may carry its own conditions.
• The work is at Juru Bhora rather than a workshop, so on-site servicing may be required.
