Harare Institute of Technology is buying corporate wear, delivered to HIT within 30 days on Regular Agency Fund. The four lines are 11 khaki chino trousers, 11 black chino trousers, 11 branded blue golf T-shirts and 11 branded white golf T-shirts — 44 garments, half of them trousers despite a notice titled golf T-shirts. The fabric on the T-shirts is written as 100% Cotton/100% Polyester, which cannot describe one garment. A bidder has to decide whether either is acceptable or whether a blend is meant, and cotton and polyester differ in both price and branding method.
