Hire of a DJ and PA system for the October cancer awareness day celebrations at Bulawayo Power Station, including three cordless microphones. The period is 30 days, funded from internally generated funds, with quotations valid for 30 days. The full tender document was not available to us — download the RFQ from the source before quoting, because the event date and audience size are not published and both drive the system size.

Low effort to bid.

Written from the published notice — the full tender document was not available to us. Download it from the source before bidding: eligibility rules, fees and specifications may only appear there.

• The notice says October but gives no event date, so when the system is actually needed is unresolved.
• No audience size or venue detail is given, and PA hire is priced on the system size that implies.
• It does not say whether the event is indoors or outdoors, or whether power is available on site.
• A DJ is included alongside the equipment, but no playing hours or music requirement is stated.
• The line is filed under a music-on-hold player category.
