EASY FILES
ZIMDEF is buying easy files. Bids close 17 September 2026 at 17:00 CAT.
ZIMDEF has advertised for easy files, filed under stationery products. No quantity, size, colour or delivery location was published, and there are no line items. Easy files — the plastic slide-bind folders used for reports and submissions — are a low-value item where the quantity is the entire quotation, and it is missing. ZIMDEF has several other listings on the board this week, including groceries for its Mutare office and refreshments for head office, so the destination for this one is not obvious either. The full tender document was not available where we read this, so download it from the source before quoting.
Low effort to bid.
Written from the published notice — the full tender document was not available to us. Download it from the source before bidding: eligibility rules, fees and specifications may only appear there.
Read the official notice — GIST links to tenders at their publisher and never mirrors the documents.
