Zvimba Rural District Council is buying plumbing materials for Banket Town Board. The list is fifteen lengths of 110mm PVC at 6m, twenty 30mm PVC pipes, ten each of 110mm Y junctions, bends, tees, pan collars, double sockets, toilet pans with cisterns, 15mm flex pipe and 110mm ABC, and five gully sets. The delivery period is given as one year and quotations hold for 60 days, which suggests a running supply rather than a single drop. The full tender document was not available to us — only the portal listing fields. How the year-long delivery works — call-off, schedule, or one order — is not published, so a bidder must download the document from the source.
