Bindura Municipality wants a two-year corporate gifts framework covering 16 branded lines — mugs, umbrellas, T-shirts, caps, pens, water bottles, hampers, plaques, puffed jackets and ICT accessories — each specified in detail. Bids close 30 October 2026 at 10:00 CAT.

Bindura Municipality is establishing a domestic framework agreement for corporate gifts over two years, based at 565 Thurlows Avenue, Bindura, on internal budget funding. The 16 lines are specified unusually well. The mugs are ceramic at 330 to 350ml, microwave and dishwasher safe with a gloss finish, branded by full-colour sublimation, screen print or decal. The umbrellas are 23 to 27 inch golf or standard, polyester canopy on a wind-resistant frame, automatic opening, printed on three panels. The round neck and V-neck T-shirts are 180 to 200gsm cotton or cotton blend, double-stitched, unisex S to XXXL. Also covered are zinc alloy or stainless key holders with laser engraving and ABS plastic ones with pad printing; wide-brim verandah hats and 5 or 6-panel brushed cotton caps with embroidery preferred; retractable refillable ballpoint pens; 30cm acrylic rulers; 500 to 750ml BPA-free bottles in plastic, steel or aluminium; gift bags at a minimum 200 to 250gsm with reinforced handles; gift hampers in baskets or boxes with a minimum six-month shelf life; awards and plaques in crystal, acrylic, glass, wood or metal with presentation cases and artwork proofed before production; puffed jackets in water-resistant polyester with synthetic insulation, unisex XS to 5XL, logo embroidered on the left chest; and branded ICT accessories including flash drives, wireless mice and keyboards, power banks and USB hubs. Every line carries a quantity of one, so this is a rate card for the framework rather than an order — volumes come later through call-offs.
