SUPPLY AND DELIVERY OF SOFTWARE, ICT AND NETWORKING EQUIPMENT
Ministry of Foreign Affairs wants a large ICT supply: 116 laptops, 81 desktops, 50 multifunction printers, 100 external SSDs, 300 flash disks and 13 Samsung S26 Ultra handsets. Bids close 23 September 2026 at 10:00 CAT.
A substantial ICT order for the Ministry of Foreign Affairs — one of the larger equipment tenders on the board. Computers: 116 laptops across four lines (83, 30, 2 and 1) and 81 desktop computers, all described only as "per attached specifications". Printers: 10 HP LaserJet Enterprise MFP M725dn or equivalent, 20 HP LaserJet Enterprise MFP 4103dw or equivalent in black and white, and 20 HP LaserJet Enterprise MFP 480f or equivalent in full colour. The printer lines are the best specified — each names a model and explicitly allows equivalents. Storage and memory: 100 external SSD drives of 2-3 terabytes, 300 flash disks at 32GB, 10 SD cards and 30 DDR4 16GB RAM modules. Also 13 Samsung S26 Ultra handsets and 7 laser pointer pens. The computers are the problem: 197 machines whose entire specification sits in an attachment the listing does not carry, split across four laptop lines that presumably differ.
