• The suppository line reads "ATHRESCIN 100MG", which does not correspond to a recognisable drug name — confirm what is meant before quoting.
• The metronidazole line is 40 tablets against 3 000 ceftriaxone injections, which is out of proportion with the rest — worth confirming.
• Three days to deliver 3 000 injections and 2 000 litres of IV fluid is very short, and the fluid alone is a substantial load to Karoi.
• Quotations are in ZiG and bid validity is 60 days rather than 30.
• The notice states no requirement for MCAZ registration, a licence to deal in medicines, batch documentation or minimum shelf life; for these products those conditions will be in the document.
