SUPPLY AND DELIVERY OF A MODULAR STAGE AT HESCO HWANGE POWER STATION
Zimbabwe Power Company wants a modular stage for HESCO Hwange: 24 aluminium hexa-top panels, 96 telescopic legs, SEG wall frames, HESCO-branded backlit graphics, red pleated skirting, 14 sandbags and an acrylic lectern. Bids close 16 October 2026 at 17:00 CAT.
A complete modular stage system delivered to HESCO at Hwange Power Station. The stage: 24 aluminium hexa-top stage panels and 96 telescopic aluminium legs — four legs per panel — with red pleated skirting to cover the whole stage and 14 sandbags of at least 11kg. The backdrop: one set of SEG wall frames covering the total run and height, one set of HESCO-branded backlit graphics in power stretch dye-sublimation, and 12 backlight units at 6500K, daisy-chainable, over a 12 metre run. Also an acrylic lectern, and transportation to HESCO Hwange as its own priced line. The panel count and leg count are given but the panel size is not, so the finished stage dimensions cannot be worked out from the listing — and the SEG frame and skirting lines are both sized "to fit", which means they depend on it. The branded graphics need artwork that is not published. Delivery is within 2 months, bid validity 60 days. Run as a competitive bidding method. The full tender document was not available to us.
