ADAMS PARK
Bikita RDC wants a 60m borehole drilled and equipped at Adams Park — on a dry hole contract with solar pumping, 450W panels on a steel stand and two 5 000-litre tanks. Bids close 2 October 2026 at 10:30 CAT.
A complete borehole package. The drilling line covers siting, drilling to 60 metres and casing to borehole design standards, preferably top to bottom in unconsolidated formations — and it is expressly a dry hole contract, which puts the risk of an unproductive hole on the contractor rather than the council. The equipping line covers a submersible pump with 450 watts of solar panels mounted on a steel stand, plus two 5 000-litre tanks on a structurally sound steel stand. The pumps are quoted twice over as alternatives: a 1HP DC pump and a 1HP AC pump, both with a minimum 95 metre head. Reticulation is 100 metres of 40mm Class 10 pipe with 4 male adapters at 32mm to 40mm. Delivery is to Bikita RDC offices within 30 days, with 60-day bid validity.
