The Ministry of Finance, Economic Development and Investment Promotion is buying three brand new, unused Toyota Hilux 4x4 double cab pickups, model year 2026, delivered to Mgandane Dlodlo within 60 days on Treasury budget allocation. This is the most fully specified notice on the board. The drivetrain must be diesel with a minimum 150kW and 450Nm, a six-speed or better automatic transmission, selectable four-wheel drive with a differential locking system, minimum 280mm ground clearance, a fuel tank of at least 75 litres and braked towing capacity of at least 3 000kg. Suspension is heavy duty leaf at the rear and independent coil at the front. Safety and equipment requirements run long: ABS with electronic brake-force distribution, electronic stability control, hill-start and downhill assistance, driver, passenger and curtain airbags, three-point belts for all occupants, central locking, immobiliser and anti-theft alarm. Also factory air conditioning, a factory touchscreen with Bluetooth, USB and smartphone connectivity, reverse camera, parking sensors, cruise control, alloy wheels, manufacturer-approved all-terrain tyres, a full-size matching spare, complete factory jack and tool kit, fire extinguisher, warning triangle, heavy duty floor mats, front and rear mud flaps, a heavy duty tow bar, leather seats and a canopy. Commercially it asks for a minimum three-year or 100 000km manufacturer warranty, an authorised service facility in Zimbabwe, ready availability of genuine parts, an English user manual, and number plates and compliance included.
