Petrotrade wants oil interceptors emptied at its Warren Park, Mabvuku and Bindura service stations, roughly 5m³ each, priced in USD but paid in ZiG. Bids close 2 October 2026 at 15:00 CAT.

Petrotrade is contracting the emptying of oil interceptors at three service stations — Warren Park, Mabvuku and Bindura — each given as approximately 5m³. All three line items state the price is in USD but payable in ZiG. The work is classed as a consultancy under waste collection and management, over a 10-day period on internally generated funds, with quotations valid for 30 days. Moderate effort to bid.

Written from the published notice — the full tender document was not available to us. Download it from the source before bidding: eligibility rules, fees and specifications may only appear there.

• No tender document fee — the notice lists the bid form fee as 0.

• The notice says the price is to be quoted in USD but is payable in ZiG — so your margin carries the conversion risk between award and payment. Price accordingly.
• Oil interceptor waste is hazardous; expect the document to require EMA registration as a waste transporter and a licensed disposal route, and confirm who holds the disposal booking.
• The volume is given as an approximation, so the actual tanker capacity needed may differ — ask whether a site inspection is allowed.
• Two of the three sites are in Harare and the third is in Bindura, roughly 90km out — a single mobilisation may cover Warren Park and Mabvuku but not Bindura, so price the legs separately.
