Christmas decoration work for the City of Mutare, in five parts. The main tree: dressing with decor accessories and lights, with picket fencing around the base. Street and grounds: 10 mini Christmas trees at 1.5m, dressing 50 existing trees with wrapped wooden Christmas boxes and lights, and dressing the pine trees at the Civic Centre with lights and accessories. Refurbishment: setting up and refurbishing the existing Christmas infrastructure — one Merry Christmas sign, 10 Christmas candles, 10 Christmas signs and triangles, and 10 candy cones. This is a supply-and-install job across the city, and the notice does not say who provides the decor materials or whether the lights are yours or the council's. Nor does it give the main tree's height, which decides the whole scope of line one. Dressing 50 trees is substantial labour. Every line is repeated in the published listing. Funded under ERRP money.
