Hire of tents, equipment and decor for the Zimbabwe Open University 2026 graduation ceremony at the ZOU Hatcliffe campus. It is published as a single line with no tent sizes, no seating capacity, no equipment list and no decor brief — unlike the Gwanda State University graduation notice elsewhere on the board, which itemises everything. The delivery period is 60 days with 30-day bid validity. The full tender document was not available to us — only the notice fields above were published where we can read them. Download it from the eGP portal before quoting.
