• Mounting must be done in Mutare while the buyer is the Public Service Commission in Harare — travel and installation labour have to be priced in.
• Two lines require design work from a brief that is not in the notice: a services diagram and a vision, mission and values banner.
• The rollup dimensions are written as 1000cm x 2000cm, which would be 10m x 20m — almost certainly meant as 1000mm x 2000mm.
• The teardrop poles are specified as CE certified, which narrows the supply.
• Seven days covers design, print, transport to Mutare and mounting.
