The single-unit lines cover boric acid or receiver solution, a standard HCl or NaOH titration solution, Biuret reagent or a protein assay kit, bovine serum albumin or protein standard per vial, 1kg each of citrate buffer salts, phosphate buffer salts, Tris-HCl buffer and AR grade citric acid, 500g food-grade papain enzyme powder, 5L refined sunflower oil for OHC and emulsion tests, 1kg commercial soy protein isolate, and 500ml phenolphthalein titrimetric standard. The list reads as a food and protein analysis laboratory restock. Delivery is to HIT within 5 days on the regular agency fund, with quotations valid for 30 days.
