The Zimbabwe Energy Regulatory Authority wants 55 000 A5 gloss awareness fliers and 100 000 A5 gloss corporate brochures printed, in two lots, awarded on price alone. Bids close 30 September 2026 at 15:00 CAT.
ZERA is placing a printing job in two lots, and unusually for this board the scope is published in full. Lot 1 is the printing of Statutory Instrument awareness fliers: 11 sets at 5 000 per set, so 55 000 in all. They are A5, gloss paper, single sided, at 150–170gsm. Lot 2 is the printing of ZERA corporate brochures: 10 sets at 10 000 per set, so 100 000 in all. They are A5, gloss paper, printed back to back, with 150–170gsm inside pages and a 200–250gsm cover. Two commercial points are stated plainly. Evaluation is on price at 100% — there is no technical weighting, so this is won on rate alone. And proposals are to be submitted in USD but are payable in ZWG at the prevailing bank rate, which puts the currency movement between bid and payment on the printer.
