It must be brand new and genuine, supplied through an authorised or reputable supplier with the original packaging, manufacturer documentation and the original HP USB-C charger. Warranty is a minimum of one year, with three preferred. A quality padded laptop bag — a Targus Essentials TSB966GL backpack is named as the example — and a wireless mouse come with it.
