Muzarabani Rural District Council is buying fencing materials, delivered to the Muzarabani RDC Gatu sub office within seven days on internally generated funds. The list is 30 76mm round poles at 2mm for corner posts, 120 standards, three 50kg rolls of barbed wire, two 50kg rolls of 2.5mm high strain wire, 16 50mm round supporters at 1.2mm gauge, five kilograms of tying wire, ten bolts and nuts at 15cm by 12mm, and ten 50kg bags of cement. Those eight lines then appear again, identically, making 16 in total. So the order is either as listed or exactly double it, and nothing in the notice separates the two blocks.
