Lupane State University is buying computers and networking equipment for its main campus, specified in unusual detail. The computers are 4 all-in-one 24-inch desktops with 13th-generation Core i7, 16GB RAM, 512GB SSD and Windows 11 Pro, plus 1 printer rated at up to 42ppm mono with gigabit ethernet, a 1200MHz processor and 512MB memory. The network core is a TRENDnet TPE-TG160g 16-port GREENnet gigabit PoE switch at 250W, a Ubiquiti WiFi 6 Pro dual-band access point, a 6U wall-mount server cabinet with locking glass door, and an ENS 16-port Cat6 keystone patch panel. The telephony is 4 Yealink T5 series VoIP handsets and 1 Yealink T33G 4-line PoE gigabit IP phone. The cabling and sundries are a 305m box of grey Cat6 full copper UTP, 8 Cat6 keystone jacks, 4 dual-pass RJ45 wall plugs with surface mount back boxes, PVC cable trunking and mini trunking, 50 UV-resistant zip ties, 100 6mm cable clips, 4 stainless masonry expansion anchors, a silicone gun and 2 tubes of sealant. Delivery is to Lupane State University Main Campus within 60 days, funded from the regular agency fund. • Bid form fee stated as 0

• The entire line item list is published twice over, so the listing shows 8 desktops and 2 printers for what reads as half that — confirm the true quantities before pricing
• Most lines name specific makes and models (TRENDnet, Ubiquiti, Yealink, ENS, KUWES), so substitutions will need justifying
• The notice lists hardware and cabling but no installation or configuration line, though the mix implies a network build
• The trunking is ordered at 2 metres against a 305m cable box, which does not scale
