What it costs to enter
Bid security of 300 is recorded against this notice — confirm the currency and the acceptable form in the tender document.
Watch out for
This is two different businesses in one tender: sourcing published statutes and textbooks, and manufacturing branded hard-bound registers. Confirm whether a single bidder must cover both.
One line asks for the repealed Companies Act Chapter 24.03 — that is deliberate for estates work, not an error, but confirm availability.
The registers are branded, but no artwork or ruling layout is referenced.
Zimbabwean statutes are typically supplied through specific publishers; confirm you can source all 25 before bidding.
