A 26-line food and refreshments order for the Office of the Auditor General at 89 Kwame Nkrumah Avenue, over 60 days. Each line is priced as a case or pack rather than a unit. The drinks: 6-case Mazoe orange crush and blackberry in 2L, 12 cases of 1-litre Ceres juice, 24-case assorted 350ml soft drinks, 12 cases of 500ml Bonaqua or Tingamira mineral water, 12 packs of Minute Maid, and 6 packs of 1-litre fresh milk. The hot drinks and sugar: 12 cases of 100g Nescafé Classic, 24 packs of 400g Everyday powdered milk, 10 cases of 2kg brown sugar, 4 packs of 80s Freshpack rooibos and 12 packs of sweetener. The biscuits, all 12-pack: Lobels shortbread, lemon and orange, Marie, tennis, choice assorted, water biscuits, Eat One Now and choc shortcake; Arenel ginger and chocolate; plus 500g Ramba Waraira cookies and 500g Arenel sweets. And the tissue: 48 packs of Lulu 2-ply premium and 18 packs of Baby Soft premium. Bid validity is 60 days.
