The Administrative Court's 2026 terms run 12 Jan to 27 Mar, 11 May to 31 Jul and 7 Sep to 27 Nov, with the Christmas vacation running through to 10 January 2027.
The Senior Judge has directed the sittings and vacations of the Administrative Court for 2026 under the Administrative Court Act.
The three terms are 12 January to 27 March, 11 May to 31 July, and 7 September to 27 November 2026.
The vacations are the Easter vacation from 28 March to 10 May, the mid-year vacation from 1 August to 6 September, and the Christmas vacation from 28 November 2026 to 10 January 2027.
The notice sets out no circuit sittings for this court, so all matters are governed by the term dates above.
